Rolls-Royce Spectre Latest Updates

Rolls-Royce has launched the Spectre in India at Rs 7.5 crore (ex-showroom). It is the British carmaker's first electric luxury car, sitting in between the Cullinan and Phantom. The design is very Rolls-like but with EV elements infused here and there. Design highlights include an illuminated grille, aerodynamically designed Spirit of Ecstasy and 23-inch wheels.

The cabin is as laden with luxury as you’d expect from a Rolls-Royce, and the electric powertrain packs a punch along with a WLTP-claimed range of 520 km.

Rolls-Royce Spectre Key Highlights

Features: The Rolls-Royce Spectre features the option of bespoke premium materials for the interiors. There are multiple digital screens on offer; one-tap door open function; ventilated, heated, and massaging seats; unholy amounts of sound insulation; multi-zone climate control; connected car technology and more.

Motor: The Rolls-Royce Spectre uses a 593 PS and 900 Nm electric motor, which can propel the 3-tonne Rolls from 0-100kmph in just 4.5 seconds. It has a 102 kWh battery pack which offers a WLTP-claimed range of 530 km. It takes just 34 minutes to charge the Spectre from 10-80% using a 195kW DC charger.

Rivals: The Spectre has no direct rivals but can be considered an alternative to ICE-powered cars like the Bentley Flying Spur and Bentley Continental.

Range: The Spectre can go up to 530km on a full charge.
